We collect a series of general data and information, when you or an automated system call up the website. This general data is stored in the log files of the server. When using these general data and information, we do not draw any conclusions about the data subject and do not save this data together with other personal data.

The legal basis for the storage of this information and log files is Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR.

3. Purpose

This information is needed to deliver the content of our website correctly, optimize the content of our website, ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, and provide the law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject. We do not access or otherwise make use of the data for marketing purposes.

4. Duration of Storage

We delete the data as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the above mentioned purposes. In case of data collected for the purpose of delivery of the content of the website, the data will be deleted when the respective session is terminated. The data saved in log files will routinely be deleted after a time period of seven days. However, the storage of data for longer is permissible. In these cases the IP-address of users will be deleted or anonymized.

V. Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking

We use the Google AdWords online advertising program and Conversion Tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). If you click on advertising switched on by Google, a Conversion Tracking cookie is deposited on your computer. These cookies have restricted validity, do not contain personal data and therefore are not used for identifying individuals.
If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can detect that you have clicked on the advert and been forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer has a different cookie. Hence there is no possibility of cookies being traced back via the websites of AdWords customers.

1. Description and scope of data processing

On our website we offer two online contact forms in order to get in touch with us. If you use these forms, the information that you enter into the online mask of the contact forms will be transmitted to us and we will save this information. The data asked for in the contact form for applicants is:

      • Field of ativity
      • Available from (possible starting date)
      • Possibility to submit information relating to application via PDF
      • Message

Data asked for in the general contact form:

At the time the message is send via the online contact form, the following additional information will be saved by us:

      • the IP-address of the user
      • the time and date of the message

We would like to emphasise and inform all users that messages send to us via our online contact forms are – similar to the use of e-mails – unencrypted.

Alternatively, you can contact us by using the e-mail addresses indicated on this website. If you send us an e-mail we will save all personal data that is included in the e-mail send to us.

We will not transmit data send to us to third parties. We use the data provided to respond to the feedback/query you send us or for the application process for a position with us respectively. Legal basis for the processing of this data, also for those transmitted to us via e-mail, is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If the contact is aimed at concluding or initiating a contract additional legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

2. Purpose

We use the data provided to us via e-mail and the online contact forms in order to respond to the feedback/query you send us or for the application for a position with us respectively. The data will strictly be used for these purposes only.

3. Duration of storage

We delete the data provided as soon as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the above mentioned purposes. For the data provided in the general contact form and via e-mail, this is the case when the conversation with the user has ended. A conversation ends when the circumstances of the individual case suggest that the query has finally been settled.

The information provided in the application contact form will generally be deleted 6 months after the application process has ended. If the applicant consents, the data can be stored for a longer time period strictly for the purpose of informing the applicant when new job openings arise.

4. How to object

You can object to the processing of information regarding the online-contact forms and information provided for via e-mail at any time. However, when you object we can no longer respond to your feedback and queries. You can submit your objection electronically via e-mail to mail@bodenheimer.legal. All personal information with regard to your queries will be deleted.

 

VII. Newsletter and double-opt-in

We offer the possibility to subscribe to a newsletter free of charge. When subscribing to our newsletter, we will save the data that you enter into the online mask for subscribing to our newsletter.

We will save the following information:

      • Name
      • E-Mail
      • IP-Address
      • Date and time of registration

During the process of registration, we will ask you for your specific consent to subscribe to our newsletter and we will provide you with information on our privacy policy. We will not share your information with third parties and use the information provided to us only for the purpose of sending you our newsletter. For subscribing to our newsletter we use a so called double-opt-in mechanism. After registering for our newsletter, you will receive an e-mail from us. Only by clicking on the link in the e-mail, you will sign up for our newsletter.

Legal basis for sending you our newsletter is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. The processing of additional information during registration solely serves the purpose of preventing the misuse of our services and of e-mail addresses.

2. Duration of storage

We delete the data provided as soon as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the above mentioned purpose. We save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter only and will delete it as soon as you subscription to our newsletter ends. The additional information saved during the process of registration will generally be deleted 7 days after registration.

3. How to object

The subscription of the newsletter can be terminated at any time. Every newsletter includes a link that allows for the termination of the subscription. You can also terminate the subscription via e-mail (mail@bodenheimer.legal).

 

VIII. Google reCAPTCHA

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to check and prevent automated servers (“bots”) from accessing and interacting with our website. This is a service provided by Google Inc., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (hereinafter: Google).
