The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is a not-for-profit United States based association administering arbitrations and other ADR procedures. The International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) is the international division of the AAA, established in 1996, in charge of administering international cases. The AAA-ICDR has 26 offices across the United States, as well as offices in Mexico City, Singapore and Seoul.

The AAA-ICDR provides for a well ranged set of arbitration rules, including the

  • Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures;
  • Construction Industry Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures;
  • International Dispute Resolution Procedures; and the
  • Optional Appellate Arbitration Rules
