The Court of Arbitration of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce administers and supervises both domestic and international arbitral proceedings. Its arbitration rules were initially published in 1948, amended in 1958, and revised in 2000 and 2003.

BODENHEIMER REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS AS ARBITRATORS

Acted as Presiding Arbitrator in a multi-contract arbitration before the Court of Arbitration of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, between a Russian developer and manufacturer of equipment for the aviation industry and a German consultant. The dispute revolved around claims arising out of the contract, IP and copyrights, with German Law as the governing law and Hamburg as the place of the arbitration (Dr Rouven F. Bodenheimer)
