Represented a publicly traded U.S. company from the medical devices industry in German state court proceedings to set aside an arbitral award rendered in ICC arbitral proceedings against a German distributor
Represented a French climate and energy strategy consultant in a dispute against an Asian energy investor; facilitated litigation financing opportunities
Represented a globally active manufacturer of industrial flooring in an IP dispute against a competitor, coordinated proceedings in multiple jurisdictions (Germany, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, USA)

Dr. Nagelmüller graduated from the University of Passau (Germany). He also holds a doctoral degree from the University of Passau (dissertation on “Litigation Finance in Environmental Disputes”), a master’s degree in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.) from Tulane University, New Orleans (Louisiana, United States), and a Diploma in Law from the University of London.
